my stay was quite underwhelming. the room was ridiculously cold, and the heating was barely working. i also expected at least a complimentary gesture after enduring such discomfort, but it seems like that’s asking too much. incredibly disappointing, really. i almost considered a good review, but then the hot water ran out in the morning.

Just had a fantastic stay at Abbey Lodge! The breakfast options were superb, especially the full Irish. Our room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. Only downside was that the parking was a bit tight. Will definitely return!

Couples Perfect Retreat
The place was quite accommodating. They even helped us settle in after our late arrival, which was at 9:30 pm. The breakfast was a feast. Huge portions, honestly, I could've just sat there for hours enjoying it all.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but totally acceptable for what we got.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Killarney with reasonable value. The biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room was a highlight. Park carefully. the lot is tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

perfect base for city strolls and park views nearby
my stay was wonderful, as the room was clean and comfortable with a superb shower, and it was just a few steps away from stunning nature trails like the Old Boathouse Trail, making it easy to enjoy both the city sights and the beauty of the outdoors.

The homemade pastries at breakfast were a real treat, just ask Christine for her top recommendations for local eats like Killarney Brewing Company down the road. Plus, the room was spacious with a comfy bed, making it hard to leave each morning!
Sure, we had to haul our luggage upstairs, but honestly, who doesn’t love a little leg workout while traveling? It's part of that charming, non-chain vibe we were after.
